BEFORE & AFTER

Before & After reflects on memory, identity, and a life divided by trauma. Through printmaking and direct skin contact, the work examines the complex relationship between absence and presence, and the fragile space where the two entwine.

The piece responds to how grief and loss reshape identity, as well as leaving behind imprints and distortion. Memories become fragmented and blurred, caught in a moment between past and present. Before & After is an acceptance of who we were before loss and who we transform into in its aftermath.
